CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE EXTRA DRY DOCG
The Cuvée “C” is born from the fortunate intuition of combining the lively vivacity of young prosecco with a touch of wine obtained from dried grapes. Thus, a sparkling wine has been created that stands out for the distinct personality of its intense fruit and flower aromas and its long, fresh flavors.
The grapes are hand-picked, selecting the best vineyards for exposure and age. Vinification takes place separately and at controlled temperature for about 40 days.
The Charmat method is used for sparkling to maintain and enhance the fresh aromas of the grapes, combining them with elegant flavors and a rich, creamy foam.

Pairings
It is an excellent aperitif with classic Venetian “cicchetti” but can accompany an entire meal. We recommend pairing it with fish, particularly shellfish, seafood pasta, baked fish such as sea bass or bream.
