Can new flavors and aromas be extracted from Prosecco? Can we go a little beyond the perfect aperitif wine, the unparalleled/unmissable companion for sipping with friends?
We believe so: that’s why we created Semel, a Prosecco-based sparkling wine to which the long fermentation and maturation on the lees (about 4 months) imparts more sophisticated aromas and a more elaborate and rich texture, without losing its roots as a pleasant and captivating wine.
These new characteristics make Semel unique and able to accompany, with its fresh pleasantness,
even more substantial dishes and foods.

Grape Varieties
90% Glera, 10% Pinot
Vinification
The must is obtained through soft pressing, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts
Maturation
In temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks
Sparkling Process
Charmat method with fermentation at about 15 degrees and subsequent maturation on the lees

Bright straw yellow with green reflections

Fresh and intense floral aromas and fresh fruit notes with pronounced hints of apple and lemon
