A story of family and passion
When my grandfather first arrived in Conegliano and saw these hills covered with rows of Prosecco vines, he immediately fell in love with this land.
In the heat of emotion he made the decision and some time later, with many sacrifices, he purchased the estate.
His vision developed with great determination: to create original wines, with the distinctive personality of the grapes that nature offers generously in these places.
Since then our family has passed down this great feeling of love for the territory, continuously seeking the best way to preserve and enhance the unique characteristics of the grapes from these hills.
A unique territory
The love for our territory and the search for ever-new technologies have accompanied the Sacchetto family for three generations now.
Today as yesterday, we create our products with the same passion.
The Carmina winery is surrounded by approximately 15 hectares of vineyard located on the hills northeast of Conegliano, where vines have always offered their best and where Prosecco in particular has found its natural home.
The time of care
Advanced technologies, attention to the territory, care of every plant, manual harvesting and natural fertilizers are some of the elements that give our wines that natural balance that distinguishes them.
After hand harvesting, the grapes are introduced into the press which uses innovative technology to crush the clusters gently.
Subsequently, the free-run must is placed in stainless steel tanks for slow fermentation and maturation.

The winery created by our father using cutting-edge technology and machinery is the best guarantee for not altering the wine in its most natural characteristics and uses minimal chemical products, to respect and enhance the personality of the wines from these hills to the fullest.
