CONEGLIANO VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE BRUT DOCG
When speaking about the wines of Conegliano–Valdobbiadene, Prosecco and spumante have been synonymous for more than a century; indeed, it was the first sparkling wine in Italy to be granted DOC status. The Brut style is the most recent and most modern, and it has also enjoyed great success in international markets.
The charm of this wine lies in its sweet, inviting aromas, rich with citrus nuances and fresh flowers, accompanied by a lively energy on the palate. The fine, persistent perlage—clear evidence of a patient, meticulous secondary fermentation—enhances the flavor and leaves the palate clean.
All of this, together with the lower level of residual sugar compared to the Extra Dry version, gives this wine an extra edge when pairing with food.
