Me Amia
MANZONI BIANCO IGT
In Veneto, Me Amia means my aunt. We have dedicated this wine to our relative, who was passionate about this wine made from Manzoni Bianco grapes, a variety with low production of medium-sized, compact clusters with a wing, small to medium berries with consistent skin and juicy pulp.
It prefers rocky, dry, and poor soils. The grapes come from vineyards with high plant density per hectare to achieve low yields per vine. This allows for high quality in both the aromas and structure of the wine.
Harvest takes place around mid-September, the grapes are pressed whole and the juice is fermented for about 25 days at a temperature of 18° – 19°C in steel containers.
